First things first: You do not need to declare your Inyova portfolio. For all income of your Inyova investment, Baader Bank automatically pays the applicable capital gains tax of 25 percent plus the solidarity surcharge and, if applicable, church tax to the tax authorities.
However, each year around April, we will provide you with a tax statement to inform you about the taxes paid on your portfolio. To find and download your latest tax statement, click on the three menu dashes in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Go to the "Documents" tab and in the "Inyova investment" section you can access your tax statement.
Your tax statement entails the following information:
Page 1: Introduction
On the cover page you will find general information about your Inyova tax statement and our contact details to reach out if you have questions concerning the Inyova tax statement.
Page 2 and 3: Overview
Here you will find a summary of all the values that have been forwarded to the tax authorities. For example, here you can find the amount of your overall investment income and the capital gains tax you have already paid.
Good news: share profits and dividends up to 1000 euros for singles and 2000 euros for married couples are tax-free (retreived 2023). To avoid paying too much tax, you can set up a tax exemption order with us.
