The great thing is, that when you receive any interest and dividends from your Inyova investment, you do not have to worry about the correct taxation.
For all income, Baader Bank automatically pays the applicable capital gains tax of 25 percent plus the solidarity surcharge and, if applicable, church tax to the tax authorities. The cooperation between Baader Bank and the tax offices therefore means the greatest possible comfort for you.
However, it is important to know that an exemption order (Freistellungsauftrag) can be set up with Baader Bank through us, so that the first 1,000 euros of interest and dividends remain tax-free for singles and 2,000 euros for married couples (retrieved 2023).
To do so, please use this form (sorry, our partner Bank Baader can only provide this German version) and send it completed to freistellungsauftrag@inyova.com. As soon as we have received the completed and signed document, we will take care of everything else for you. (Important: Make sure that the document is no longer editable).
If you already have accounts at several institutions, the exemption order can be split up. The tax exemption order is always active for the whole calendar year once issued. This also means, that if you like to issue a tax exemption order for the current calendar year, it needs to reach us before 15. December.
Good to know:
- You can find your Account/Depot number in your Inyova tax statement on the top right of the second page. If you did not receive a tax statement yet, let us know, and we will insert your Account/Depot number for you.
