The great thing is, that when you receive any interest and dividends from your Inyova investment, you do not have to worry about the correct taxation.
For all income, Baader Bank automatically pays the applicable capital gains tax of 25 percent plus the solidarity surcharge and, if applicable, church tax to the tax authorities. The cooperation between Baader Bank and the tax offices therefore means the greatest possible comfort for you.
However, it is important to know that an exemption order (Freistellungsauftrag) can be set up with Baader Bank through us, so that the first 801 euros of interest and dividends remain tax-free for singles and 1,602 euros for married couples (retrieved 2022). To do so, please fill in the exemption order document and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of everything else for you.
If you already have accounts at several institutions, the exemption order can be split up. The tax exemption order is always active for the whole calendar year once issued. This also means, that if you like to issue a tax exemption order for the current calendar year, it needs to reach us before 14. December.
Please send us an e-mail with the filled in form to email@example.com or call us under +49 69 12001237 to set up an exemption order. We are happy to help!
Good to know:
- You can find your Account/Depot number in your Inyova tax statement on the top right of the second page. If you did not receive a tax statement yet, let us know, and we will insert your Account/Depot number for you.
- The tax-free allowance of 801 Euro interest and dividends for singles and 1,602 Euro for married couples will be increased to 1,000 Euro and 2,000 Euro respectively as of 01.01.2023. This will automatically be applied to all tax exemption orders that you may have handed in already, if you chose the option ongoing, with no "end date". So, there is a great reason to look forward to your successful investment year with Inyova.
