- Go to your name in the top right corner of your dashboard > Profile > Two-factor authentication
- Activate “SMS protection”
- Verify your password
- If your account doesn’t have a verified phone number, you will be asked to enter one.
- You will receive a verification code on your phone number.
If you are using the login via Google, you cannot activate the Inyova two-factor authentication. If you would like to use two-factor authentication, you can set this up directly in your Google account.
Inyova mobile app
You don’t need to enter the code for biometric logins. If you login to the Inyova app without biometric login, the two-factor authentication works the same as on the Inyova website.
Changing the phone number
If the two-factor authentication is active and you want to change the stored phone number, you need to disable the two-factor authentication by receiving a code to the stored phone number. Once disabled, you can activate it again with a new number.
In case you don’t have access to your stored phone number, please contact us on +49 30 200 042000. We will then verify your identity and deactivate the two-factor authentication for you.
